The Ottimo Property Services workforce is comprised of highly skilled and professional individuals. Our Operatives are qualified to deal with our client’s needs as well as being experienced in their respective trades. Our friendly team will always be happy to help and pride themselves on their individual contributions.
Our operatives hold relevant certification in their chosen field NVQ City and Guilds, NVQ, Gas Safe or other specialist trades as required by legislation. Training is regularly monitored to ensure staff development and associated activities meet requirements of current industry standards and Health & safety.
An on-going Health & Safety training programme is in place for all operatives, including ladder training, PASMA tower erection, first aid etc.
All operatives carry photographic ID cards and wear Ottimo Property Services branded uniforms.
We operate a modern, satellite tracked fleet of vehicles and all operatives hold an on board stock of parts ensuring the quickest possible response.
Ottimo Property Services have a pro-active approach to ongoing training both internally and externally and provide in-house systems tailored to meet our operatives and clients needs and comply with current legislation. We continually review skills to achieve the Company’s objectives and future plans.
On day of induction all operatives receive ladder training as well as a variety of Health & Safety toolbox talks applicable to the operatives trade. All new operatives are also provided with a comprehensive operations handbook which includes detailed Health & Safety information.
Within three months all new operatives will received (dependent on work area) the following training: -
- Asbestos Awareness
- Risk Assessment
- Scaffold inspection (where appropriate)
- First Aid Supervisors
- Cherry Picker licence (where appropriate)
