Working their way through the building, our uniformed, fully experienced staff will clean to the highest of standards in accordance with the specification agreed with you and causing minimal disruption to the residents. In addition, they will check light bulbs and replace if necessary, ensure that time clocks are adjusted when necessary and take communal meter readings if requested.
Each cleaning team includes an experienced Supervisor who will prepare a detailed report on each visit which is passed back to our office team for review and any action required.
For the benefit of both our staff and customers, we carry full Employers and Public Liability insurance. Keeping up with the latest Health and Safety regulations, our Managers regularly update and train all our staff as well as inspect all properties to ensure quality control and excellent results are achieved at all times.
