Reactive Maintenance

Reacting to your needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our reactive team are specially trained and equipped to deal with your requirements as a call out service or emergency response.  A number of different services and response times are available, as well as active measurements and reports to assist you in assessing our service.  Our bespoke IT system logs job instructions, and monitors all aspects and progress of ongoing works. These details can be relayed to our customers as required.

We specialise in providing rapid response to emergency situations such as break-ins, fire and flood damage and securing properties before riots and rectifying any resultant damage.

All our operatives have PDA mobile handsets where jobs are received by email and access is available to complete Health & Safety risk assessments for all site visits made.  We also have the facility to download quotes and any necessary photos directly to our office to review and forward to our clients.

Planned Maintenance

All properties ideally require regular preventative maintenance to hold and improve their asset value. Our experienced teams will design an inspection and maintenance schedule to ensure your property stays in the condition required throughout the years.  Indeed, many clients combine this service with our reactive call out ensuring a total property service is achieved.

Electrical planned maintenance and GAS safe inspections do have legal requirements which should be adhered to.  This can include 5 year periodic electrical installation checks, annual portable appliance testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm function checks. Gas inspections are also required for Landlord Safety Checks and Boiler Installations.

All planned works are certificated and logged on our database for customer reports as required along with future dates of visits.
